Order Policy
At Orenda Bakes, all products are made to order with a focus on quality and attention to detail. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Deposits, Payment and Order confirmation
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all orders.
Orders are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 48 hours prior to pickup. Orders will not be released without full payment and will be cancelled.
Ordering and Notice
Orders should be placed at least 2 weeks in advance, depending on the complexity of the design and availability.
Custom Orders
All items are custom-made. While we strive to accommodate specific design requests and inspiration, final products may vary slightly due to artistic interpretation and availability of materials.
Order Changes
Any changes to an existing order must be requested at least 72 hours in advance. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, they cannot be guaranteed.
Pickup
Pickup details will be provided upon order confirmation.
Once an order has been collected, Orenda Bakes is not responsible for any damage. Customers are responsible for proper handling and storage of their order.
Late Pickup fee
Pickup must occur within the agreed time. A late fee of $15 will apply if more than 30 minutes late without prior notice.
Dietary restrictions and allergens
Orenda Bakes does not accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies. All products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including dairy, eggs, wheat, and nuts.
Cancellations and Refunds
All deposits are non-refundable.
All cancellations must be requested at least 3 days prior to the scheduled pickup date.
Cancellations may be considered for a partial refund of any remaining balance paid, depending on the timing of the request and at our discretion.
