By placing an order with Orenda Bakes, you agree to the following terms and conditions: all products are made to order and subject to availability, and we reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and may change without notice, with final pricing confirmed prior to order acceptance.

 

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all orders, with the remaining balance due in full prior to pickup or delivery. Cancellations must be requested at least 3 days in advance of the scheduled pickup or delivery date, and deposits are non-refundable. Requests for modifications must be made at least 72 hours in advance and are not guaranteed. As all products are handcrafted, slight variations in design, color, and finish may occur.

 

Customers are responsible for timely pickup and proper handling of their order, and Orenda Bakes is not liable for any damage once the order has been collected or delivered. We do not accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies, and all products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including dairy, eggs, wheat, and nuts.

 

Orenda Bakes is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or consumption of its products. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
